westdance: Arts and Science Tourney, Dance Track

I've been asked to organize the dance track for Kingdom A&S.  I'm even willing to take the dreaded first Saturday morning class slot for y'all (since I know how every dreads the early wake up).  

So, who wants to teach what and when?
